In suburban and mountainous areas where integrated outdoor 5G base stations are used, the lack of constant air conditioning means that indoor temperatures can consistently exceed 50°C in summer. Conventional lead-acid batteries degrade quickly and lose more than half their life at high temperatures. Our high temperature advanced valve regulated lead acid battery has adjusted lead paste formula and separator material to withstand continuous high temperature conditions. A special high-temperature multi-layer grid slows down plate corrosion at high temperatures, and stabilizing additives are added to the electrolyte to suppress evaporation and moisture loss.
The optimized internal gas recombination system ensures efficient internal recombination of gases generated during high temperature charging, significantly reducing the rate of water loss. Outdoor base stations can operate for more than 5 years without the need for maintenance. The thick, heat-insulating, fire-retardant ABS shell mitigates the rise in internal temperature caused by sunlight, and the internal heat dissipation structure keeps temperature differences within each battery pack to a minimum. The upper limit of operating temperature is increased to 55°C, and capacity degradation at both high and low temperatures over the course of a year is significantly lower than that of conventional lead-acid batteries.
Suitable for both pole mounting and integrated outdoor power cabinets. Sealed, sealed design withstands rain and high humidity. The extended front terminal design saves space inside the cabinet, and a remote voltage monitoring interface is provided to allow service personnel to remotely assess potential high temperature aging problems. This high-temperature lead-acid battery is being used in many new non-air-conditioned communications base stations in rural and suburban areas across the country, effectively reducing battery replacement frequency and maintenance costs in high-temperature environments.
