1.Grate core material and technology
The use of a high-purity multi-component grid of lead, calcium, tin and aluminum with a fine-grained structure provides a significant reduction in the rate of grid corrosion compared to conventional lead-calcium alloys, which fundamentally reduces the aging and failure of the plates. Combined with high-purity lead ingot (99.997%), the battery's self-discharge rate is ≤3% per month, increasing float charge life by more than 30%, which solves customers' problems with premature aging of batteries and frequent replacement.
2.Patented anti-aging technology
By using modified nanographene plates and rare earth composite additives, it prevents crystallization and accumulation of lead sulfate, reducing the risk of battery sulfation and providing excellent recovery performance after deep discharge. Combined with our developed 4BS positive electrode active material stabilizing structure, it effectively prevents the active material from softening and peeling off, significantly extending battery life and making it suitable for high-frequency charge-discharge energy storage systems and outdoor base station use cases.
3.Technology of adaptation to the environment and safety
Focused on adapting to harsh operating conditions: The gel battery adopts liquid-locking process with precipitated silica, eliminating the presence of free electrolyte and ensuring stable operation in an ultra-wide temperature range from -20℃ to 60℃. It is resistant to high temperatures, does not lose water and does not require maintenance. All batteries feature a thickened flame retardant ABS shell, multi-layer sealed valve control, and a triple shielding structure with anti-acid creep at the terminals. Combined with a high-strength, high-pressure assembly process, problems of leaking, blistering and corrosion are eliminated, making it suitable for safe use in a variety of environments such as computer rooms, industrial and mining areas, and outdoors.
4.Electrical characteristics and production process
Using an integrated molding process with through-wall welding and radial energy-concentrating mesh structure, it significantly reduces the internal resistance of the battery, ensures stable voltage when discharged with high current, and does not exhibit significant voltage drop when the power is turned off. It is ideal for UPS emergency power supply, sudden startup and shutdown scenarios and other scenarios, ensuring the continuity of power system operation.
