In June 2026, Nanjing Qiantan Energy Storage Technology Co.,Ltd. entered into a cooperation agreement with a professional battery manufacturer in Vietnam to produce front-terminal lead-acid AGM batteries for communications applications, accelerating its entry into the communications energy storage system market in Southeast Asia under the RCEP program.
Vietnam's digital infrastructure and photovoltaic energy storage industry is developing rapidly, leading to a continuous increase in demand for AGM batteries for communication base stations. The high levels of temperature and humidity in Vietnam place higher demands on battery sealing and lifespan.
