1. One of the founders of the company, legal entity of the company
Higher education, MBA degree, senior engineer, work experience in the field of lead-acid battery technologies - 33 years. Awarded the title of "Science and Technology Innovation Leader of the Lead-Acid Battery Industry", Industry Technical Expert of the China Battery Industry Association, Vice Chairman of the China Lead-Acid Battery Committee and other honorary titles. He led three national science and technology innovation projects, led the Tianneng Group's large-scale and harmless recycling project of waste lead-acid batteries, which was awarded the second prize for outstanding engineering consulting and design and survey work by the China Engineering Association. The development of a storage battery based on Aerosil received funding from the State Fund for the Transformation of Scientific Achievements in the amount of 20 million yuan. 18 scientific articles have been published, more than 20 patents have been received.
Previously, he held the position of chief engineer of the Tianneng Group, a leader in the Chinese traction battery industry, and also a top manager of the Camel Group, a leader in the field of automotive batteries. During his tenure, he mainly carried out the transition from mechanization to automation and intellectualization, as well as a significant increase in production capacity and scale, which made it possible to take first place in the world in terms of production of lead-acid batteries, becoming a leading Chinese company and public corporation.

Higher education (specialty), senior engineer, responsible for product development and system technologies in the field of lead-acid batteries and lead-carbon storage batteries, has been working in the new energy industry for 27 years. Currently a member of the Expert Committee of the China Energy Storage System Association, a member of the first convocation of the Expert Committee of the Battery Recycling and Reuse Committee of the China Industrial Energy Conservation and Clean Products Association. He has one international patent in the field of batteries and related fields, 27 patents for inventions, 60 patents for utility models, 5 scientific publications. Products developed under his leadership were included in the state program of major scientific and technological projects and provincial programs of major scientific and technological projects.
Previously, he held senior positions in research and development in two public companies - Tianneng Group and Leoch International, held the positions of CEO of both companies, was responsible for the overall operational management of the companies, and has high comprehensive competencies.
He is one of the first pioneers in developing lead-carbon batteries in China and led the creation of the energy storage systems division of Tianneng Group. The Tianneng Energy Storage System Project led by him was awarded the Zhejiang Province Major Science and Technology Project Award in 2019.

He has a Master's degree, previously served as Technical Director of Tianneng Power Supply Company, and has been working in the lead-acid battery technology industry for 22 years. Consistently worked in Taiwan Meimei, Tianneng Power Supply, German HOPPECKE (Wuhan), where he was responsible for technical management, new product development and project management. During his 6 years at HOPPECKE, he jointly developed and commercialized advanced batteries. Well-versed in the advanced technologies of China, Germany and Japan in the fields of traction batteries, lead-carbon storage batteries, industrial backup batteries, tubular gel batteries, etc. He has served as Deputy Technical Director and Project Manager and has strong independent project management skills and new product development capabilities.

Specializes in the development of new products, solving technological problems and improving technological processes in production. Consistently worked at such well-known leading Chinese enterprises for the production of lead-acid batteries as Hubei Huazhong Battery Factory, Fujian Dahua Battery Group, Tianneng Group, Camel Group, Chaowei Group and others, where he was mainly responsible for technological processes and new product development. Excellent knowledge of the technology of automotive batteries, industrial batteries and traction batteries, has strong skills and rich production management experience. Professor, Doctor of Science, scientific supervisor of graduate students at Harbin Polytechnic University. Research focus areas include electrochemical precision manufacturing, lead-carbon batteries, bipolar batteries, lithium-ion/sodium-ion batteries, and development of battery materials including graphene. Trained more than 70 masters and doctors of science. He has led and participated in more than 20 projects, including projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, State Program No. 02, “Strategic Pilot Science and Technology Project of the Chinese Academy of Sciences”, as well as projects within the framework of industry-education-science cooperation. Author of more than 20 patents for inventions, awarded the China Outstanding Invention Award (one award), as well as two first-class awards, five second-class awards and two third-class awards at the ministerial and provincial levels for scientific and technological achievements. Published more than 130 scientific papers indexed in Scopus/WoS, co-author of the books “Lead-carbon batteries” and “Materials for traction batteries.” He is currently involved in the development of an X-ray focusing telescope for the eXTP space observatory, being responsible for tasks in the field of electrochemical precision manufacturing, conducting innovative research on key technologies for producing optical amorphous materials for ultra-precision polishing, as well as on the problems of stress deformation during electrochemical molding of ultra-thin mirror shells.

Energy Mater., Adv. Funct.
